You can request deletion of your CareKutumb account and associated personal data at any time. Follow the steps below and our team will help you complete the request.

How to request deletion

  1. 1. Email us from your registered CareKutumb email address to support@carekutumb.com.
  2. 2. Use this exact subject: Delete CareKutumb Account
  3. 3. Include in your message:
    • Registered email address
    • Name
    • User ID (if available)
    • Optional reason for deletion

What gets deleted

We will delete or anonymize account-related personal data after verifying account ownership. This typically includes your account profile, login credentials and personal identifiers linked to your CareKutumb account.

Family-shared records

Some care records may be part of a shared family circle, such as medicine dose history, vitals, timeline entries and caregiver actions. Where deletion affects other family members' care history, we may anonymize your identity while preserving essential shared care records so the family's care continuity is not broken.

Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying account ownership. We may contact you from support@carekutumb.com if we need additional information to confirm your request.
