By downloading, installing or using CareKutumb, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CareKutumb is provided for personal, non-commercial use by adult family members coordinating care for elderly relatives. You agree to use the Service lawfully and in a manner that respects the privacy of others.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for ensuring you have consent from family members and seniors whose information you add to a family circle.

Your use of CareKutumb is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

CareKutumb, including its name, logo, design, code and content, is owned by CareKutumb Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

You can request deletion of your account at any time through the Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

CareKutumb is a family caregiving, reminder and personal health record management application. It is NOT a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareKutumb Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
